What we do
We support you from the moment you report: we explain what will happen, which protection measures you can request and which documents are worth providing. Your first statement to the Policía or the Guardia Civil matters, so it is good to have legal advice from that moment on.
We also handle the civil measures that usually go with it: custody of the children, use of the family home and child support. In Spain these cases are handled by specific courts for violence against women.
Common cases
- Reporting and making a statement at the police station
- Protection and restraining orders
- Urgent civil measures (custody, home, child support)
- Acting as private prosecutor in the criminal case
- Breaches of restraining orders
- Guidance on psychological and social support services
