About us

One lawyer and one way of working

Partner professionals

We work with a network of partner professionals in tax, accounting and employment matters, so you can sort out everything you need from one office.

Our story

A law office for people, not for paperwork

We opened in the centre of Chiclana to make something that often feels distant more accessible: understanding your rights. We work with families, with victims of gender-based violence, with people who need a defence, with foreign residents who want to sort out their legal status in Spain, and with anyone who needs to deal with an inheritance, a contract or a procedure with the authorities.

Our name, aequa, comes from the Latin word for equity: treating every case for what it is, with the time and care it needs.

If we take on your case, we see it through to the end and we answer the phone.

First step

Shall we talk about your case?

Tell us what is happening and we will explain clearly what your options are and what it would cost.
